Step 1: Sell & Sign Agreement
You sell the SBO service to your client and make sure the agreement is signed. (Refer to the detailed Agreement training for support.)
Step 2: Onboard the Client
You’ll then complete the technical onboarding in the Umbrella system by accessing your dashboard -> contacts -> add a product -> Pay Per Result SBO (Follow the step-by-step guidance in the Onboarding training.)
Step 3: Share the Customer Homework Flyer (Optional)
If applicable, share the Customer Homework Flyer (File: 4-wl-Customer Homework Flyer 230130.pdf) with your client. It outlines important steps they can take to boost success—and may also present an upsell opportunity for you.
Step 4: Receive and send Welcome Pack & Start Work
Within 48 hours of onboarding (excluding weekends), work will begin on your client’s account. You’ll receive a white-labeled Welcome Pack (6-wl-Welcome Packet - Fillable-Example 230130.pdf) to send to the client.
Step 5: Send the Congratulations Pack
Once a keyword appears in autocomplete, you’ll get a Congratulations Pack (7-wl-CONGRATULATIONS - You’re UP! - Example 230130.pdf) to share with the client and celebrate their progress.
