How do I get credentials for the Signal Boost tool?
There are no separate credentials. You log in using direct SSO login via the Umbrella dashboard:
Navigate to your Umbrella dashboard.
Go to: Contacts → select the specific onboarded contact → Signal Boost -> View.
Click the Log in button for Signal Boost.
Can I give my agents access to Signal Boost?
Yes. Log into Signal Boost (via the dashboard path), go to "Users," click "Add New Users," and enter their details. They can then log in directly at https://signalsboost.com/login/.
Can I give clients access to Signal Boost?
No, this is not recommended. The platform is for internal Umbrella members/agents use and granting client access would expose all your campaign data. Share reports via screenshots or downloads instead.
Is there an API for Signal Boost analysis?
Currently, no public API access is available for the Quick Analysis tool.
How do I reset my Signalboost (uMNM) password?
You do not need to reset your Signalboost password because the system is designed to automatically log you in without a password using Single Sign-On (SSO) directly from the Umbrella dashboard.
If you are not automatically logged in within 10 seconds when arriving at the Signalboost page via the Umbrella dashboard, close the window and try again. If the issue persists, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket through the Help widget located in the bottom right of the Umbrella dashboard."
