Navigate to Contacts in the Umbrella platform.
Click Add Contact.
Enter:
Client name
Email address
Phone number (recommended)
Set contact status (e.g., New) for pipeline tracking.
Use tags or custom fields if needed for internal organization (optional).
Click Save.
Your client is now ready for quoting.
Open the client profile.
Go to the Vendor Quotes tab.
Click Request a Quote (top right).
Select SPO as the product.
Complete the quote form with:
Project name (internal reference, e.g., “Bell Roofing SPO”)
Business name
Business website
Business locations (city, regional, or national targeting)
Services offered (service categories only — not keywords)
Desired monthly clicks (100–4000 per project)
Branded autocomplete term (usually the business name)
Notes or special requests (if applicable)
Click Submit.
The quote status will show as Requested.
You will receive a vendor response within 2 business days.
Once received, review:
Suggested keywords
Approved monthly click cap
Wholesale pricing
If adjustments are needed:
Click Message
Communicate directly with the vendor inside the platform
Only proceed once you and your client approve the proposal.
When ready:
Click Purchase under Actions.
You will now configure pricing and order details.
You control your retail pricing.
You will set:
Retail setup fee
Client billing price per click
Pricing guidance:
A common strategy is pricing at ~50% of equivalent Google PPC CPC
Example: If Google PPC averages $30 per click → charge ~$15 per click
You may also apply a 2x markup or your own pricing strategy
You have full flexibility in your margin structure.
Enter:
Contact name and title
Phone number
Email address
Upload the signed client agreement
Verify all campaign details carefully:
Business name
Website
Locations
Services
Autocomplete term
Approved keywords
Maximum monthly clicks
Accuracy here prevents launch delays.
Click Submit to finalize the order setup.
You have two options:
Use “Pay with new card” to enter the client’s payment details directly.
Select “Send to contact to complete” and share the generated payment link.
Once payment is completed:
Status changes from Payment Needed → Active
Funds go to your connected Stripe account
Umbrella automatically remits wholesale click costs

Within 24–48 hours after purchase and payment:
You will receive:
A message from the SPO team in your Vendor Inbox
A welcome email with instructions to connect:

SPO client portal login credentials to monitor:
