Download the Template: First, download the provided spreadsheet template to ensure your contact data is formatted correctly.
Import Your Contacts:
In the Umbrella CRM, navigate to the bulk upload feature.
Import the completed spreadsheet.
Apply a Campaign Tag:
During the import process, apply a single, unique tag to all contacts in the list.
Crucial: This tag is used to identify exactly which contacts should be included in the automated calling campaign.
2. Collect Your Calling Campaign Configuration
Before submitting your request, gather the following details for your campaign:
Interval Between Calls: 1–60 minutes
Maximum Call Duration: 1–30 minutes
Number of Call Retries: 1–10
Timezone: In IANA format (e.g., "America/New_York")
Calling Window: The start and end hours for calls (e.g., 9 AM–6 PM)
Calling Days: The specific days for calling (e.g., Mon/Tue/Wed)
Campaign Tag: The exact tag you used when importing your contacts.
AI Agent: The name of the AI agent that will place the calls.
3. Submit Your Campaign Request
Once you have your tagged contact list and all the configuration details, submit them to our support team.
4. What to Expect Next
After receiving your details, our team will initiate the outbound calling campaign on the backend.
When the campaign is complete, we will share the results with you in a CSV file.
