AiGent360 currently offers two options for phone number usage:
Option 1: Purchase and Connect a Number via AiGent360
You can purchase a phone number directly from AiGent360. Numbers are available for the United States (US), Canada (CA), and Australia (AU).Option 2: Connect an Existing Twilio Account
Alternatively, you can link your existing Twilio account to AiGent360.
This allows you to:Use any number already associated with your Twilio account.
Purchase a new number directly from Twilio for use within AiGent360.
📌 Important Information About Numbers
Numbers purchased directly from AiGent360
These numbers are locked to the AiGent platform and can only be used for bots.
You cannot transfer them for use on your mobile phone or any other non-AiGent service.
(The bot can transfer the call, but the numbers themsevles can’t be transferred)Numbers purchased via Twilio
You have full flexibility — Twilio numbers can be reused outside of AiGent if needed.
You can also manage routing and call configuration directly within Twilio before the call reaches the bot.
