The first phase is to integrate your core brand assets into the platform. This ensures that every user interaction is a reflection of your company's identity.
Navigate to Branding Controls: Once logged in, go to Settings and select the White-label menu. This is your central hub for all customization.
Integrate Your Company Logo: Begin by uploading your official logo. This will replace the default platform branding, immediately personalizing the interface.
Set Your Legal Parameters: Enter the URLs for your company's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. This is a critical step for maintaining transparency and building user trust.
Click Submit to save these foundational changes.
Reinforce your brand's authority by running the platform on your own domain. This presents a unified, professional front to your clients and eliminates any third-party branding from the user experience.
You have two straightforward options:
Purchase a New Domain: If you need a new domain, you can select Purchase a Domain to be guided through the acquisition process.
Connect an Existing Domain: If you already own a domain, choose Connect a Domain. Simply enter your root domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) and proceed.
With your domain connected, you can now assign specific services to custom subdomains. This creates intuitive, easy-to-remember URLs for key features.
Assign Service URLs: You'll be prompted to create addresses for services like Calendar (calendar.yourcompany.com), Accounts (center.yourcompany.com), and Invoices (forms.yourcompany.com).
Update Your DNS Records: A notice will appear indicating that DNS configuration is needed. Click Show Details to view the required values. In your domain provider's management panel (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare), create a new CNAME record for each subdomain and paste in the corresponding target value from the details panel.
This process essentially tells the internet to direct users from your custom URL to the correct feature on the platform. Please note that this step must be completed within 15 days to keep the domain connection active.
The final step is to verify that the connections are live and your branded platform is ready for your users.
Sync Your DNS Status: Return to the white-label settings and click Sync DNS Status. The system will check for your updated DNS records. You will see the status indicators for your subdomains change from "Not Set" to "Live" in green. While this often happens within minutes, it can sometimes take longer for the changes to propagate globally.
Test the User Experience: Open a private browser window and navigate to one of your new custom URLs (e.g., center.yourcompany.com). You should be greeted by the login page featuring your logo.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured your white-label settings. Your platform now offers a fully branded, professional, and cohesive experience, strengthening your brand integrity with every user interaction.
