Where does the list come from?
The list consists of double opt-in users who have given permission to be contacted electronically.
Can I access or get a copy of the email list?
No. To maintain privacy and compliance, The uBlast Team manages the list and does not provide direct access to the email addresses. You cannot download or export the list.
Can I retain the emails to build my own list?
Not directly from the uBlast database. However, you can build your own list indirectly by:
Driving email clicks to your landing page with an opt-in form.
Using retargeting pixels to capture audience data for platforms like Facebook.
How specific can the targeting be?
Very specific. uBlast offers over 700 segmentation filters, including demographics, geographics, lifestyle, interests, income, purchasing behavior, B2B data (industry, job title), and more. This allows for hyper-targeted campaigns.
Can I exclude my current customers (suppression file)?
Yes, absolutely. You are encouraged to provide a "suppression file" (a list of email addresses you do not want to contact). uBlast will exclude these addresses from your campaign send.
