Getting started with a UFB 2.0 campaign involves a crucial mandatory onboarding meeting. This collaborative session ensures alignment between you, your client (if applicable), and the UFB 2.0 fulfillment team, setting the stage for a successful campaign launch.
Here's what happens during the onboarding meeting:
Align on Campaign Details: This is the core of the meeting, where key campaign elements are discussed and finalized:
Creatives: Reviewing and agreeing on the images or videos to be used in the ads.
Unique Selling Propositions (USPs): Defining what makes the client's product or service stand out.
Ad Text/Copy: Finalizing the messaging for the advertisements.
Landing Pages: Confirming the specific web pages where ad traffic will be directed.
Targeting: Defining the desired audience based on location, demographics, interests, etc.
Review Draft Designs: You'll get a chance to see initial mockups or drafts of the ads and provide feedback.
Finalize Before Launch: Once all elements are agreed upon and approved, the campaign is finalized and scheduled to go live.
This process ensures clarity and agreement on strategy and execution from the outset.
Steps to Add a Contact & Add a ProductGo to: Dashboard → Contacts
Click: Add Contact
Enter the necessary details, such as the contact's name and email address.
Click: OK to save the contact
Click "Save Contact."
Select the desired contact from your contact list.
Click: Add New Product
Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and PPL (Pay Per Lead)
Choose: Plan
Fill out the Intake Form with campaign details
Submit the campaign configuration in the Media-Results dashboard.
8.1. Setup: Select your desired campaign type and fill in the required information.
8.2. Target: Select your desired target location and demographics for the campaign.
8.3. Ads: The system will generate preliminary draft ads for your campaign. Please note that these are not the final versions, as they will be reviewed and discussed during the onboarding meeting with our dedicated team. We recommend optimizing the ads during this stage to refine their effectiveness.
8.4. Budget: Select the campaign duration and investment of your campaign.
8.5. Summary: Review the overall details of your campaign before submission and leave notes to our dedicated team if necessary.
Click: Submit to complete the process
Choose the desired markup for your campaign.
Set your desired payment method to proceed.
Once the payment has gone through, you will be prompted to book an onboarding call with our dedicated team to ensure the campaign setup fully aligns with your client’s specific goals

In case you click the “back” button for any reason, you can always get right back to where you were by clicking “finish setup” under the contact’s listed products.
You are welcome to bring your client to the onboarding call. If your client joins the meeting, our dedicated team will introduce itself as Media Results, not Umbrella.
