The Prospects section lets you view and manage every visitor who has interacted with your chatbot—even if they didn’t submit their contact info. It acts as a lightweight CRM, helping you qualify leads and prioritize follow-ups.
Prospects are automatically categorized based on their level of interaction:
Visitors
People who landed on the website but did not interact with the chatbot.
Engaged
People who interacted with the chatbot but didn’t leave any contact information.
Leads
People who submitted at least one contact field (name, email, phone). These are considered qualified leads and show up in the All Leads section of Conversations.
Clicking on any prospect opens a full profile with:
Conversation history
Device, browser, and location
Traffic source and referral info
Visit count, pages visited, and time spent
Tags and personas (if assigned)
Internal notes
Lead stage label: Visitor, Engaged, or Lead
This gives you a complete view of how a visitor interacted with the bot and your site, helping you prioritize follow-up.
Use the Starred tab to highlight high-priority prospects—such as warm leads, decision-makers, or return visitors. It’s a simple way to flag contacts for later action or team review.
To export your data:
Go to the Export tab
Select your date range (up to 90 days)
Choose your export template (e.g., Default Export)
Optional: Check Include All Visitors to export non-leads too
Click Export to download a .xlsx file
This file can be imported into CRMs or used for reports and retargeting campaigns.
