You can access these templates directly from the Superbot Dashboard during the setup process.
When should you request a custom bot?
If your client needs advanced logic, integrations, or highly specific flows that can’t be built using the standard dashboard tools, you can request a Done-For-You (DFY) custom bot.
Common scenarios for custom bots:
Complex logic trees that go beyond standard decision flows
Industry-specific use cases with detailed compliance or onboarding logic
Integration with third-party CRMs or APIs
eCommerce bots with real-time order tracking, product browsing, or advanced support
How to request a custom bot via Vendor Quotes
To order a custom Superbot, follow these steps:
Go to Contacts in the dashboard
Select or create the client contact
Scroll to Vendor Quotes and click Request a quote
Choose Chatbot and complete the SuperBot Creation Brief
Details to include in the brief:
Website URL
Industry (e.g., Dentist, Realtor, Attorney)
Installation location (e.g., website, Messenger, landing page)
CRM integrations (if needed)
Bot purpose (e.g., lead gen, FAQs, support, orders)
Existing script or flow (if available, include a Google Doc link)
Number of FAQs to be trained
API or platform requirements (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce)
Once submitted, the vendor team will review and provide a custom quote.
