Once you’ve activated uSuperbots and accessed the dashboard, you can start building and managing your client’s bot. This section covers how to create a chatbot, set up lead capture, FAQs, and scheduling, and manage overall bot activity and performance.
Inside the Superbot Dashboard, you have two options to build a chatbot:
Use a prebuilt template
Choose from a set of industry-specific or general-use templates designed for quick deployment. These templates include preconfigured flows that can be edited to match your client’s needs.
Start from scratch
Create a fully custom bot by manually building out the decision tree, messages, and routing logic. This gives you complete control over the user experience and allows for unique configurations per use case.
Both methods are accessible from the dashboard home screen, and templates can be customized at any point.
To improve your chatbot's performance, you can enable and customize several key features:
FAQs
Add frequently asked questions and their answers to improve bot accuracy and reduce the need for human intervention. These are used to train the bot's NLP engine and can be updated at any time.
Lead capture
Set up fields to collect contact details (name, phone, email) during conversations. These inputs trigger lead creation in the Prospects section and allow for automated follow-up.
Appointment scheduling
You can integrate calendar links or use form logic within the chatbot flow to allow visitors to book meetings directly from the chat. This increases conversion and reduces friction for service-based businesses.
The dashboard also provides tools to manage bot performance and handle traffic across multiple websites or pages:
Bot monitoring
Track conversation volume, user engagement, and response accuracy through the Analytics section.
Multi-bot setup
You can create and assign different bots to different domains or landing pages, each with its own logic and flow.
Performance optimization
Use insights from the Conversations and Analytics sections to refine messaging, update triggers, or reroute conversations for better results.
