Setting up uSuperbots is quick and simple from your Umbrella dashboard. This guide walks you through the process to activate the chatbot for your client, fill out the intake form, and access the Superbot Dashboard.
How to activate uSuperbots from the dashboard
Go to the Contacts tab in your Umbrella dashboard.
Select an existing contact or create a new one with the client's full details.
Click Add Product inside the contact profile.
Select Chat Bots Subscription.
Choose the appropriate plan: Free, Starter, Standard, or Plus.
How to fill out the intake form
After selecting the plan, you'll be prompted to complete the intake form. Required fields include:
Client name
Email address
Website
Business name
You'll also be asked to provide payment details:
You can enter the card manually, or
Send a secure link to the client so they can complete it themselves.
Once the payment is confirmed, you'll see a Log in button, which takes you directly to the Superbot Dashboard.
How to access the Superbot Dashboard
Click the Log in button to access your client's Superbot Dashboard. From there, you can:
Use prebuilt templates or start from scratch
Configure FAQs, lead capture flows, and appointment scheduling
Monitor chat activity and fine-tune the bot’s performance
