To create a chatbot for your client once the subscription is active, follow these steps:
Log into the uSuperbots Dashboard
After purchasing a subscription and completing the onboarding, click the “Log in” button from the client’s product page in your Umbrella dashboard. This opens the uSuperbots management console.
Choose a Template or Start from Scratch
Once inside, you'll have the option to:
Select a prebuilt template based on industry or use case.
Or start with a blank flow and create a fully custom chatbot.
Configure Bot Components
Use the drag-and-drop builder to set up your bot. Available elements include:
FAQs: Add common questions and answers that the bot can recognize and respond to automatically.
Lead Capture: Add forms to collect name, phone number, email, etc.
Appointments: Enable booking integrations (e.g., Calendly).
Decision Trees: Create paths based on user answers to guide them to the right outcome.
Redirects & Buttons: Link to external resources, pages, or trigger phone/email contact.
Customize the Script
Tailor the bot’s tone and messages to match the business voice. Every message can be edited for language, formatting, and logic.
Preview & Test
Use the built-in preview function to simulate conversations and test flows. Adjust responses or logic based on user behavior and feedback.
Embed on Website
Once complete, grab the embed code from the top-right menu and paste it into the client’s website code (before the closing </body> tag). Alternatively, use the direct share link if the bot will be accessed via landing pages or email.
