Locate: Navigate to the Umbrella Dashboard. Go to the Marketing tab, then Brand Settings, and click the Websites sub-tab.
Initiate Setup: Find the relevant website template or package listing and click "Setup website" or "Setup new website".
Set Internal Subdomain: In the "Subdomain" field, enter a unique identifier (e.g., youragency.umbrellaus.site). This is for internal recognition only and will not be visible once you connect your own custom domain. Use only letters/numbers, no spaces/special characters.
Proceed: After setting the subdomain, you'll see options appear, including "Set Custom Domain" and "Enter website builder".
(Do this before finalizing SSL setup)
To use your own domain (e.g., youragency.com) purchased from a registrar like GoDaddy or Namecheap:
Add Domain in Umbrella: Within the website settings (Marketing -> Brand Settings -> Websites -> Find your site -> Edit), click "Set Custom Domain". Enter your purchased domain name (e.g., youragency.com) and save.
Configure DNS at Your Registrar: Log in to your account where you purchased the domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and access the DNS settings. Create/modify the following records:
A Records (Two Required): These point your root domain (@) to the servers for balance and redundancy.
Record 1: Host/Alias: @ | Target/Destination: 35.172.94.1
Record 2: Host/Alias: @ | Target/Destination: 100.24.208.97
(Note: Some registrars only allow one A record for @. If so, consult their help documentation on how to add multiple IP addresses to that single record, or contact their support.)
CNAME Record: This points the www version of your domain.Host: www | Points to: s.multiscreensite.com
Wait for Propagation: DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours to fully update across the internet.
Access Editor: Go to Marketing -> Brand Settings -> Websites. Find the site, click "Edit", then click the blue "Enter website builder" button.
Make Changes: Use the Duda editor interface to modify content. For detailed guides on editing pages, text, images, colors, embedding code, etc., refer to the Official Duda Editor Support Center: https://support.multiscreensite.com/hc/en-us/categories/360004453954-Website-Builder
Save & Publish: Remember to Save changes within the editor (often a checkmark icon) and then crucially click "Publish" or "Republish" (usually top right) to make your edits live on the internet.
(Ensure your custom domain is connected and propagated before generating SSL)
Access SSL Settings: In the Umbrella Dashboard, go to your website's settings (Marketing -> Brand Settings -> Websites -> Find site -> Edit).
Click "Edit" again to access the options panel.
Navigate to the "SEO & Settings" panel and click on "Site SSL".
Generate Certificate: Click the "Generate Certificate" button. The system will begin provisioning the free, auto-renewing SSL certificate provided by Duda.
Wait for Approval: Monitor the status. Once it shows "Approved", the certificate is active.
Publish Site: Crucially, after the SSL status shows "Approved", you MUST Publish (or Republish) your website from the website editor for the HTTPS connection to work correctly.
Verify: Clear your browser cache and test your https://yourdomain.com URL.
Important SSL Note: Duda provides the necessary SSL. Do not attempt to use external SSL certificates purchased from your domain registrar or third-party services like Cloudflare's proxy, as these often conflict with the platform's integrated SSL setup and can cause issues.
FAQs
Q: I'm not able to see my uLSA website / Where is my LSA website?
A: A dedicated LSA-specific website page might be an optional add-on or included only in certain purchased uLSA packages. If you obtained uLSA as a complimentary add-on with another program, a website page might not be included.
