Finding Marketing Materials (Videos, Decks, Swipes, Case Studies)
Marketing Videos: Check the "Marketing" section within each specific program's training module in the Training Center.
Sales Decks, Pitch Decks, Email Swipes, Phone Scripts: These are available within the training materials for each program, usually in the "Marketing & Selling" module. Look for downloadable resources. You can download flyers, decks, templates, etc., from the marketing and sales module of each relevant program's training.
Case Studies / Success Stories / Testimonials: Go to the 'Marketing' tab in your Dashboard, then click on 'Resources'. You can filter or search by program name or industry to find relevant case studies and testimonials.
Pricing Guides / Suggested Retail Pricing: The wholesale cost and suggested retail price for each service are located within that program's training materials, typically in a "Pricing" or "Sales" section. This helps understand cost structure and resale strategy.
Client Agreement Forms: The standard client agreement/contract for each service is found within its respective training, usually in the "Legal" or "Onboarding" module as a downloadable file.
Getting Your First Client / Prospecting Strategies
Rapid Network Tactics: We highly recommend using the "Rapid Network" tactics taught in the training. Look for the video tutorial (often called R&B Tactic) within your program's initial training modules.
Prospecting Info: Each program's training includes a "Marketing" or "Prospecting" module that provides strategies and guidance on how to find and reach out to potential clients relevant to that specific service. Locations for this info vary by program.
Niching Down: Focusing on a specific industry or niche (e.g., dentists, roofers, personal injury attorneys) makes prospecting and messaging much more effective. Tailor your language, value proposition, and marketing collateral (emails, videos, swipes) to that niche. Once created, you can reuse materials within that niche, saving time and improving efficiency. Niching helps with consistency, scalability, and faster optimization (A/B testing).
Pricing Services for Your Clients
Wholesale Pricing: You can find the wholesale cost (base rate) for each program in several ways:
Within the "Sales and Onboarding" or "Pricing" section of each program's training.
During the client onboarding process: Go to Contacts -> Select/Create Contact -> Add Product. The first page of adding the product shows the wholesale costs for different plans/tiers.
General Guideline: A common recommendation is to mark up the wholesale cost by at least 100% (i.e., charge double the wholesale price).
Setting Markup in Dashboard: When onboarding a client through the dashboard for services billed by Umbrella, you'll encounter a step to set your markup percentage. If the service is for yourself, set this to 0%.
Configuring Markup Post-Onboarding: If you've already submitted a campaign billed through Umbrella and need to adjust the markup for future charges: Go to Contacts -> Select Contact -> Find the Active Service -> Click "View" -> Select "Edit Markup."
I'm ready to join Umbrella OR add additional services to my portfolio. What's next?
