How to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it:
Navigate to the upper-right corner of the dashboard screen and click on the account icon.
Select the 'Sign Out' option.
Return to the login page: http://center.umbrellaus.com
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the login fields.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
How to Change Your Login Email Address
Changing the email address associated with your Umbrella account requires assistance from our support team. Please contact our support team by submitting a ticket through the Help widget located in the bottom right of the Umbrella dashboard, and we will gladly guide you through the update process. |
