Where is the InstantUploader tool?
InstantUploader is used for quickly uploading content to Saatchi 2.0. Access it via the same path: Umbrella Dashboard -> Marketing -> Tools -> Saatchi 2.0
How do I set up a bot in detail?
Beyond the initial creation (see Onboarding), detailed setup involves:
Accessing the Bot: Log in to Saatchi and select the specific bot account.
Basic Editor: Fine-tune core details (business info, avatar, objectives, colors).
Conversational Stages: Define the flow (e.g., Greeting, Needs Analysis, Value Prop, Objection Handling, Closing). Set rigidity (how strictly the bot follows stages).
Add Content: Upload images, documents (PDFs), or create text-based content ("Slides"). Import reviews (GMB) or posts (Instagram). Assign content to specific stages if needed.
Train the Bot: Use website scraping or upload documents to the Knowledge Base (KB).
Test Thoroughly: Interact with the bot to ensure it behaves as expected.
Publish/Deploy: Embed the bot code on the website or share the rep room link.

What are Conversational Stages?
These are predefined steps structuring the bot's interaction flow, making conversations more logical and effective than simple open-ended prompts. Stages guide the user
journey and can be customized with specific content or prompts.
What kind of content can I add?
Text/Slides: Manually created information about services, products, FAQs.
Images: Brand logos, product photos, team pictures (use wide-format for best display). Assign to stages or let AI select contextually.
Documents: Upload PDFs (up to 100 documents, <100 pages each recommended) for the KB. You can copy/paste from Word docs into KB items.
Social Proof: Import Google Business Profile reviews, Instagram posts.
Video: You can link to YouTube videos within conversations. You can also create short AI-generated video avatars from static images or include a pre-recorded video clip in the chat preview window. Saatchi cannot extract information from videos on a website.
How does the bot decide which images to show?
It uses contextual cues from the conversation, but you can also manually assign specific images to certain conversational stages for guaranteed display.
Can I personalize the bot's voice?
Yes. You can choose from various AI-generated voices. You can also use the "Record Voice" feature in the basic editor to record up to 30 seconds of a custom voice sample (e.g., the cliet's voice). Cloning celebrity voices is technically possible but requires legal
Permission.
What are Rep Rooms?
A rep room is a dedicated landing page featuring the bot prominently. It's like a digital business card or squeeze page, shareable via link or QR code, ideal for direct engagement.
Can I control the conversation flow?
Yes, using Conversational Stages and setting the "conversation flow rigidity" (high, medium, low) allows you to guide how strictly the bot adheres to the planned sequence.
Can I clone bots?
Yes, you can save an existing bot configuration as a template and use it to quickly create similar bots for other clients, especially within the same niche.
