Log in to your Umbrella account.
Navigate to Dashboard → Marketing → Tools → Saatchi 2.0.
If you're using an agency account, go to Tools → Saatchi Agency Manager and click Open Tool.
Use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the Saatchi platform.
In the Saatchi platform, locate the Magic Link feature.
Enter the website URL (e.g., agency or client site).
Saatchi will auto-generate a basic bot using website content within 90–120 seconds.
The bot will appear in your dashboard and open in the Basic Editor for customization.
Review & Edit: Verify the business description, services, and other scraped details.
Customize: Edit avatar, personality, and objectives (e.g., book consults, collect leads).
Brand: Update colors, welcome messages, and branding elements.
If you need more bots or tokens:
Go to Tools → Saatchi Agency Manager.
Click your current plan name and choose Professional or Ultimate.
Confirm to upgrade.
Go to Config → Settings → White Label.
Set your agency name, logo, and domain (if needed).
Generate and send the registration/demo link to the client.
They enter their website URL, and the system creates a bot, guiding them through setup.
Create a client account via your Saatchi Agency dashboard.
Use the Magic Link or manual setup with their website URL.
Customize the bot using the Basic Editor.
Share access with the client or embed the bot on their website.
